The LGR-78 is an alternative to the LRG-72, it has an acoustic earpiece with a microphone that fits down the sleeve and a PTT button that can either be held in the hand or discreetly attached about the person.

 

This set is fitted with the connector for the Icom/Standard/TTI two pin connection.

 

If you wish to use one of these with a Motorola Talkabout series, some of the Cobra radios with the single pin connection, the HYT TC-1688, or the TTI PMR121TX, micro leads are available.
